Pink Floyd Series: Animals Mystery Cache

Like almost all scary blue question mark caches, the container is not at the posted coordinates. Don't search for a cache there, you're likely to become a road pizza.

Solve the puzzle below to obtain the final coordinates.  Parking is available at several spots where you can access the Henry Hudson Trail between Freehold and Marlboro. The posted coordinates should help you find one of these spots.
 

Several years ago, animals invaded the Henry Hudson Trail. As the animals died off, a Pink Floyd Series has slowly emerged. This cache is a small tribute to both. The cache is hidden near where the Iron Horse used to roll.

You may assume N40 and W74

The North minutes are equivalent to the number of minutes in the song "Dogs" as found on the Pink Floyd album "Animals"

The West minutes are equivalent to the total number of minutes of all of the songs with "Pigs" in the title as found on the Pink Floyd album "Animals"
*Note: You may discard the seconds, although you might need seconds in another puzzle on this trail.
