Dog Tired Taramakau (West Coast) Traditional Cache

Most times we travel, we take our dogs, and when they travel they like to get out and stretch their legs.

Problem is, caches aren't always in the most dog friendly places.

So we decided to create some caches that you can stop and walk and water your dog in relative safety.

There is parking up by the road, but you can drive down to the river on single track, but be careful if in a two wheel drive. The track can be overgrown but a car will drive down there in the dry.

River can also flood, so watch for high water levels.

The cache is hidden well above the flood level. You should be well hidden from the road when looking for the cache. Please rehide it well.

Please feel free to hide your own caches under the Dog Tired name in places for other dog owners to use. They just have to safe for the dogs off the lead and preferably with water nearby
