Well one question I asked myself while planning this cache, is this a guardrail or bus stop hide? Well I decided to make it a little tougher. Well you get to decide which it is!!
The terrain is a 2 only because of the parking area and the long flight of stairs you need to climb. If you're coming along the sidewalk over the bridge then its a 1 terrain. Yes it's wheelchair accessible from the sidewalk.
