It seems the local area is quite lacking in Multis and caches you can get in the winter with relative ease. This cache aims to ameliorate both of these issues. Although it should be available year-round, I would suggest some sort of winter boot if there is a lot of snow on the ground.
At the first stage you are looking for a pill bottle with a piece of paper in it. Said paper will give you the coordinates for the final.
FTF will have their choice of a couple different compasses.
