Timmins Tamarack Traditional Cache

This tree is at least 100 years old, I suggest closer to 200. It is the largest Tamarack in the Timmins area and is on the Timmins Honour Roll of Trees. here is the link

The tree is visible from the road, above the alder.  The family established this cache Christmas Day, 2015.

The really is a great one to climb, very big branches starting pretty low to the ground.

The walk is easy and not far, but can be rubber boot ground if not the middle of summer or a little bit frozen.
