Summer Saunter Start Traditional Cache

We wanted to show you a great hiking path in Readington that goes between Summer Rd. and Pleasant Run Rd.  This cache is a bison tube located near the beginning of the trail.

This is a great trail in Readington Township. Parking coords. are listed for a small parking area on Summer Rd. near the intersection of Hixson Rd.  Please wear good hiking boots and watch for roots, etc. The first part of the trail is nicely done and should present little trouble. If you proceed on, the trail is rougher and you should watch your footing (for holes, roots, water, etc.)

Please stay on the trail. There is private property on each side. This cache is less than 30 ft. from the path. Also remember to wear blaze orange during hunting season. The hunters should not be ON the trail, but they may be close.
