My family has enjoyed finding geocaches all over. We've even sent out our own travel bug.
Looking for caches in the past was difficult at times with smaller children tagging along. From time to time we would look for the easier ones just for the kids. The larger ones which were filled to the brim with small toys that the children would enjoy. All things considered, we decided to make one of those caches.
- Easy to access
- Lots of space for toys
- Somewhere to dump out the box
- Well maintained
- Etc...
We hope that this simple to find cache is something that your family will enjoy.
(The cache is on private property, with permission from the owner, just don't go at night)
We tend to place a lot of travel bugs in the container, which people take obviously, but some haven't been tracked properly and are still listed as being in our cache. Be aware of this if you're just hunting TB's. That being said, we check on our cache very often and there are a few still in there that need to be moved along on their journey. Please help these bugs travel.
You should pull off at the Waypoint if your vehicle allows, as to not be parked on the road.
You'll walk slightly down the trail and then take an immediate left into the wooded area in order to find the cache.
