This is a relatively new track and part of the Te Araroa trail, from Cape Reinga at the northern tip of NZ to Bluff at the southern tip. It is signposted as 6.5 km and 3 hours one way.
The first hide actually along this trail. Cache is a camoed bison tube, so log only.
