This is a short trail called the Genesee Valley Trail. This trail is only open from Dawn to Dusk. All of the caches in this series are easily accessible from the trail, no bushwhacking needed. This one is about 40 feet from the trail but still easy to get to, all open ground here. This can be a high muggle area so use stealth.
