Kita-Kanto Highway connect three northern Kanto prefectures. The acccess to Nagano, Nagoyand other Western area especially from Tochigi and Ibaraki much easier. Hashie PA (Parking Area) has ETC entrance/Exit so, ETC equipped cars can going in and out from this PA.
If you go to Watarase area this PA can be good choice to exit.
A cache is placed in where you can see Mt Akagi very well in sunny day.
北関東自動車道は茨城、栃木、群馬の北関東三県を結ぶ高速道路です。 全線の開通により特に栃木、茨城からの長野方面へのアクセスが非常に便利になりました。波志江PAにはETC出入口があります。 わたらせ渓谷へ行くにはここがよい出口の一つです。 なお、このPAにはコンビニがあり外からの客も使えるようになっていますので、少し歩きますが上下線のキャッシュを探すことが可能です。
キャッシュは天気の良い日には赤城山がよく見えるところに設置しました。
