I have maintained a previous cache in this area since September, 2009. I was going to perform maintenance on that one since someone had reported that the log was soaked (which it was). But I just attended a year-end event that included a cache container gift-exchange, where I won a nice set of camo'ed containers. So I decided rather than maintain this one, why not hide a new cache in the area and give people a chance to come back to visit this unusual road.
The new hide is slightly up the road from the previous spot, but still between the road and the fence. The container will be a bit more difficult to spot than the previous one, 
but it should not be too tough for experienced cachers.
Short term parking is available either where you enter at the point that the road becomes one way, or slightly closer, a few hundred feet past the cache along the side of the road.
Please be careful when walking along the road here because some people drive exceedingly fast on this road, and do not expect pedestrians to be on this side of the road.
