I see there is a need for a local cache on Dec 31 and another on Jan 1. Here to help.

There is a guard rial along the road. Park about 100 feet west of the cache coordinates; Good, adequate location. Watch traffic. Walk to the cache between the gueard rail and the fence. Good luck. New Year freebie.
