This virtual cache exists at a point that everyone should see. You can actually drive to the cache location (TERRAIN=1), or hike along the SIA-IAT (TERRAIN=3). The terrain difficulty of this cache depends largely on the method of access. There is an entrance fee to this area if you plan on driving up. It might be free to hike to this cache.
Prove you found it: Post a picture with you and the GPS at the location. No old vacation photos! Entries without pictures will be deleted.
