Cache is alongside of the A2O cycle trail between Kurow and Duntroon section.
The name sums it up, when I worked on the local Pest Board used to spend quite a bit of time out on the Waitaki river flats and Islands and not far from here remember drowning a 4 wheel drive when i misjudged a crossing on a side steam. Cache is a small pill container and hopefully does not get swallowed up by gorse, placed at an old gateway .
