Labpepl - Synergy Series Mystery Cache

This cache was placed in honor of my sister, Labpepl.  A special thank you to Owlover and Waspfly for doing the research I needed to make the questions that I used in this puzzle.  Thanks, also, to Lklopez for showing me how to add pictures. You will solve this puzzle by answering the questions or filling in the blanks.  The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but a short drive away.

My sister picked out her caching name from two important parts of her life.  She raised and showed Labrador Retrievers, and worked as a medical technologist in a lab. 

She has always been the best big sister.  Our younger sister and I think the world of her and are grateful that she is a part of our lives. We always go to her whenever we have a question about anything. 

In California, we lived 1 1/2 hours from each other.  Luckily for me, she and her husband retired to Prescott at the same time as my husband and I did. Now she and I can go caching and hiking whenever we like.
