you will be surrounded by water, but no need for a lifejacket, this cache is up high and you might see it if you get your fly stuck while casting.
this is a Public water front park, finding this cache will say its in the open water, but check again.. you DO NOT need a boat. or a fishing pole. make sure you check high and place cache back how it was please. might have to climb a little bit, after a day in the park we found this area to have a lot of anglers so beware of the muggles.
