This is a daytime, easy park and find.
As you stand near this very busy, major road, it's hard to beleive, that back in the 50s and 60s it was just a two rut sandy road. In the summers it was very sandy, and very wet in the wet season This was used by many of the locally raised familes to access their farming areas. I spent many a day out here roaming the woods and trails. It was also a very popular area for young people to gather and have parties. Hard for me to visualize that in my lifetime as a young kid that this would become a major road and the area it is now.
