Star Trek Clue #7 LaForge Feb 7th Mystery Cache

Welcome to Clue, Star Trek style

This is a game of Clue.  Like the board game you need to collect information to determine the victim, the perpetrator, the place, and the weapon.  There will be 7 caches for each, released one a day with the final released on Feb 29^th.  In each cache there will be a code to collect and note the cache it goes with. It is used to solve the final. 

Our last possible victim is Geordi LaForge.  Commander LaForge is the chief engineer on board the Star Ship Enterprise.  He has been blind since birth and uses a VISOR which helps him see not as a normal human would, but in a special way.  You will need special seeing powers to solve this puzzle.  Could LaForge have happened upon the perpetrator as they were trying to sabotage the engines of the Enterprise?  Could he be the victim?  Killed in the Engineering room?  With a plasma extinguisher?
