Geocache Description:

Welcome to Clue, Star Trek style

This is a game of Clue.  Like the board game you need to collect information to determine the victim, the perpetrator, the place, and the weapon.  There will be 7 caches for each, released one a day with the final released on Feb 29th.  In each cache there will be a code to collect and note the cache it goes with. It is used to solve the final. 

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

General Chang is a Klingon general who wants war to start beteen the Federation and the Klingon Home world.  He loves Shakespeare and quotes it often.  He has a very distinct appearance as he is bald, not a normal Klingon trait, and has one eye covered with a metal eyepatch.  He believes that "In space all warriors are cold warriors."

In order to solve this puzzle you will need to know something about klingon military.
