Ever wondered how George Lucas made the sound effects for light-sabres? He travelled to this Athenree playground and played with the drumbells of course! Well, probably not, but these bells do sound a bit like light-sabres and are great fun for the kids.
This is a lovely playground and picnic area. Great spot for lunch with the family and to let the little ones stretch their legs. This is also a good spot to start the walk north to GC3HFPJ Athenree Walk (a great walk for the four pawed family members).
