My daughter and I have started geocaching together and we decided to make one to hide with swaps (as they are our favourite ones to find)
The Historic Richmond Gaol is the oldest Gaol in Australia and stands in its original condition and was built 5 years before Port Arthur in 1825 It's great experience for everyone with affordable entry fee and a fun eye spy sheet to keep kids entertained. There is heaps of history in these walls so we decided it would be a good place to start our first geocache. (You don't need to go into the Gaol to find this cache but while you are there you may as well ;-) if you do say hello to Dave... The local gaoler... He is a fellow geocacher). The cache is in a khaki container.
