Tsuruta, is a small village in northern Japan who is known as Hood River's "Sister city." For years Hood River has exchanged students with this village giving the students an opportunity to visit a far off location that they may not otherwise be able to visit. This cache honors that friendship we share.
Though this cache is small, it is easy to spot if you're standing in the right spot. No room for swag. BYOPen. Lots of muggle traffic around. Great parking. Be careful with kids. HAPPY NEW YEAR GEOCACHERS!!!
