Geocache Description:

6.15pm for a 6.30pm start, finishing approx 7.30pm.

It's in a park.

You may need torches or wellies or both.

There are poor cachers out in the big wide world who have had the 29th February staring blankly at them for years, tormenting them, teasing them. There are some whose friends have had the 29th coloured in for four years at least and completed 366 solid days of caching with that date included. I'm sure these friends have not been smug in the slightest about it for the last four years.

Definitely not.

We thought we would offer those who need it for their grids (we don't ), those who like an event, and those who really miss us...

...a chance to fill it, attend, have an awkward cuddle.

BUT!!! It's not as simple as rocking up, saying howdy and then leaving. No way, no way.

It's a LEAP year. Therefore this is a LEAP event.

We will have two competitions.

One for single figure ages 1-9 years old.

And one for all those with double digits.

The Competition

From a single spot, no run up, two feet together you must try and LEAP (see what I did there) as far as you can.

That's it

The Winner

The one who jumps the furthest.

Prizes

1st place child can choose FTF or chocolate

1st place adult gets whatever is left.

2nd place...there is no 2nd place. (well, you all get a lovely GC.com souvenir for acting a bit daft)

T&C's, distance will be measured by the bit of the jumper's body which hits the ground nearest the original jumping spot.
