Geocache Description:

Frosty little cache hidden in the upper Mall Parking lot. 

This is the fourth cache in my Frosty series. I have hidden him in the upper mall parking lot. Even though this parking lot rarely gets used please use stealth as there were lots of cars driving by to the nearby residences. The cache should be a really easy find and will be accessible all year round. Happy caching [:D]
