You may be sitting there and wondering what to do on the extra day in Feburary. Well wonder no more. Come to the posted coordinates for an NCO meet and greet to grab your Leap Year souvenir. Bring your trackables. Bring your stories. Bring your appetite. Event will take place at Barberitos in Kingsport from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Stay as long as you can. All are welcomed.
