Star Trek Clue #15 Phaser Feb 15th Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time or has had no owner response for at least 30 days, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to Clue, Star Trek style

This is a game of Clue.  Like the board game you need to collect information to determine the victim, the perpetrator, the place, and the weapon.  There will be 7 caches for each, released one a day with the final released on Feb 29th.  In each cache there will be a code to collect and note the cache it goes with. It is used to solve the final.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

Phasers are common hand-held or ship-mounted particle beam weapons.  They were first used in the original Star Trek series.

Hand-held phasers can be made small enough to fit in the user's palm but they still be deadly. There are also larger and more powerful phaser rifles that are issued by ship security personnel. They have different power settings that range from stun to total disintegration. They can also adjust the beam so that it can hit one person or multiple people.

Could the phaser be the weapon? In the shuttle? Did Gul Dukat do it? Is LaForge our victim?

In order to solve this puzzle you will need to know your rayguns.

Please return the cache as found.

Congrats to rehobch for FTS and surfcap for FTF
