Following a wee break, the Trigathlon event is back for the winter, by popular demand. I've been enjoying finding all these different trig points that I thought I would organise some monthly trig events. They may be at the top of a mountain or they may be at the side of a road. I'll mix things up as best I can.
This month it's a Pillar very well hidden in the woods. Park at the provided parking co ords, follow the main track and then it's up to you to find a suitable route. This one is also a YOSM - YSM092 Wood Hill. Come along and talk caching and swap trackables.
To log that you have attended the event, you need to be at the trigpoint co ords between 12 noon and 12:30pm which are the start and finish times for the event. We will get a group selfie.
Enjoy your walk in these woods as there is some important history close by, relating to William Wallace.
I'll be setting off from the parking at 11:15 if anyone wants to join me for the walk up.
