How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Bull's Wood is located in Tring Park which was once owned by the Rothschild family. Wallabies, cassowaries and rheas used to roam the grounds.

This series of 7 caches will take you on a walk around Bull's Wood. The first 6 contain a letter and a number which you will use to work out the co-ords for the bonus cache.

IMPORTANT: We have had some trouble with the app updating the coords so please note, the correct coords are N51 47.066 W000 39.276.

You may need tweezers to extract some of the logs in the series as a few of the caches are micros.

For the most part, the terrain is not hard and there are good paths, but there is a very steep hill between 3 and 4.

This series of caches has been placed with the kind permission of The Woodland Trust.

The Cache

It is a micro.

We had a bit of trouble with this one going missing so we have moved it to a different tree. That means it is not longer in the one shaped like a tuning fork.
