Geocache Description:

Bull's Wood is located in Tring Park which was once owned by the Rothschild family. Wallabies, cassowaries and rheas used to roam the grounds.

This series of 7 caches will take you on a walk around Bull's Wood. The first 6 contain a letter and a number which you will use to work out the co-ords for the bonus cache.

You may need tweezers to extract some of the logs in the series as a few of the caches are micros.

For the most part, the terrain is not hard and there are good paths, but there is a very steep hill between 3 and 4.

This series of caches has been placed with the kind permission of The Woodland Trust.

The Cache

Sadly the name of this cache no longer makes sense, although if you look closely you can see why we chose it. There used to be a metal fence here which ran right through the tree - the tree grew up around it and enveloped it. Unfortunately the fence has been removed and there's no longer any metal embedded in the tree trunk.

As this cache was repeatedly muggled we've moved it slightly and adjusted the co-ordinates accordingly.
