February 29, also known as the leap day of the Gregorian calendar, is a date that occurs in most years that are divisible by 4, such as 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020. Years containing a leap day are called leap years. February 29 is the 60th day of the Gregorian calendar in such a year, with 306 days remaining until the end of the year. In the Chinese calendar, this day will only occur in years of the monkey, dragon, and rat.

This Leap Year Event will be held at ARA (N 37° 32.320 E 126° 58.020). *Food, Soft drinks, and spirits are "dutchly" available.
On Monday, February 29, this Leap Year Event will start at 6:30pm and end at 10:30pm.
The location is family and children friendly and has a geocaching theme. There are practice geocache  containers and over a hundred trackables inside to discover.
There will be two Leap Year souvenirs that can be earned this time. The first souvenir can only be earned on Leap Day itself - February 29 - by attending a geocaching event. The other souvenir can be earned all weekend long (February 27-29) by getting outside and finding a geocache.
