Geocache Description:

A bison tube in the cemetery at the corner of Ray and Rose Streets in Newark, DE.

This cemetery is associated with the Mt. Zion UAME Church, across Rose Street. Most interments are quite old, but this is still an active graveyard, with burials as recent as 2012. Please be respectful.

There are a few metered parking spots available in the University of Delaware lot off of Ray Street, or in the parking lot of the Mt. Zion UAME Church on Rose Street. Please be aware that Ray Street is one-way, and you will need to enter from the North College Avenue end.

Please use IMSpider's corrected coordinates (N 39° 41.200 W 075° 45.462) - I should know better than to trust my phone's GPS on a wet and overcast day! (Thanks, Spider!)
