North Wharf - Going all the way Traditional Cache
Annoying Tarbit: Headed back here at low tide with the intention or replacing with a new container. One access to the cache has been fenced off for wharf maintenance which looks like it may last for some time. The original access now has a range of signs prohibiting or strongly discouraging access down the wharf. GZ is still available but I didn't want to make this cache accessible from water only so I'm letting it go. If the wharf does open up again which is likely but may take some time I will look to replace this one.

This is Annoying Tarbit's first hide and I hope you enjoy it. I've tried to bring you to an out of the way spot so take a trip to the end of the North Wharf and then maybe go a little further. You will be rewarded with a less visited area of Melbourne's Docklands and a magnificent view of the huge Bolte Bridge above.
Please note this cache is not accessible from the Bolte Bridge and of course it would be illegal and dangerous to even stop there. Attempting to access this cache at low tide is preferable though not essential. Otherwise you risk getting your feet wet. Please note the terrain rating. Unless you are really tall you may need some teamwork or some lateral thinking to access the cache and to return it to the hiding spot. The cache is a clip-top container coloured to the background but is in open sight. No public car parking available on the wharf any longer. If you are in the car you may need to use the paid parking in Docklands and proceed on foot. Plenty of construction activity around usually so you should start near the Docklands Library and walk along the northern edge of the wharf to get all the way to GZ.
