Star Trek Clue #18 Tricorder Feb 18th Mystery Cache

Welcome to Clue, Star Trek style

This is a game of Clue.  Like the board game you need to collect information to determine the victim, the perpetrator, the place, and the weapon.  There will be 7 caches for each, released one a day with the final released on Feb 29^th.  In each cache there will be a code to collect and note the cache it goes with. It is used to solve the final. 

In Star Trek the tricorder is a mutlifunctional hand-held device that is used for scanning, data analysis, and recording data.  There are three types of tricorders.  The first is the general tricorder.  It scans as people scout unfamilar areas, makes an examination of lving things, records and reviews the data.  The medical tricorder is used to diagnose disease, and collect body information.  The last tricorder is used in engineering. 

Could the tricorder be our weapon? Could the place of our crime be the shuttle? Could Jadzia be our victim? Could the Romulan be our villain?

To solve this puzzle you will have to read data like a tricorder.
