Featured drink (Prosit! to Newa): Koffee Verkeerd, "the Dutch (Netherlands) version of a latte or 'cafe au lait'. At least half is hot foamed milk and the rest is hot strong coffee or espresso. Verkeerd means wrong, indicating that there is more milk than coffee in this drink. Usually served in a cup and saucer with a small cookie. And a spoon to add sweetener to your liking. Best served at my sister's kitchen table or on a terrace in any town in the Netherlands."
