Every outfit has a guy that stands out for on reason or another. At XYZ CO, Charlie is that guy. Charlie likes to tell duck jokes, always has a fish`n pole handy, and is quick to direct you across a pontoon bridge. If you ever need instruction about water safety or which combat PFD to get, than Charlie is the guy. Oh, your look`for Charlie now are ya?
