The ELTC are all people who have found a cache at lunch time because they enjoy looking for and finding a cache to break up their work day. Two members of the ELTC are on cache a day streaks and I hope this helps. On the day I submitted this Kingsnu had 289 and is hoping to get to 366. Tyroneshoelaces was at 834 after going through two brutal Ohio winters and just can't stop. Good luck guys!
