Why? Why not! Multi-Cache

The placement of the way points for this cache have been approved by the property owners but they do ask that you only search for it durning these hours:  Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 5.

No special tools are needed.  There is no need to enter any buildings to get the needed info.  You do not need to look into any plants.  The way points are not hidden from your view.  Do not take anything apart.

This cache was designed to see how well you pay attention to the things around you.  These things may be obvious to some and "hidden" to others. 

I did not design it to be hard but think that it will be so it is getting a high difficulty rating.  No hints as that would make this mental test of no use.

Now on to the cache info:

At the first way point you will need to locate the three missing digits for the second way point which is at:  47.39.xxx    122.40.989

At the second way point you will (hopefully) find the coordinates for the third way point.

At the third way point you will (see how positive I am) find the coordinates for the final!
