The title might seem a tad odd. The last event I hosted in Tallahassee (I live in California) became dubbed a "lonely event" since I was the only attendee. Hint: don't compete with "Going Caching". This time I was hoping for better and planned to host it in the Thomasville Road Whataburger. Tallahassee-Lassie agreed this would be a fine place. Soon after, she let me know that it would be closed for remodeling on the event date. At this point, I knew my event hosting in Tallahassee is cursed. Hence the "optimistic title" text in the event title. It has been relocated to a different Whataburger that I'm assured has been remodeled already.
Stop by Sunday evening and let's talk geocaching. I'll try to bring a bunch of TBs from the West coast to give them some miles and will pick up ones that want to go west.
