Pea, Bacon, Water, Stag Mystery Cache

This is a two-stage puzzle cache. Once you have solved the first part, please visit the virtual coordinates, gather some numbers and proceed to the final, which is a micro hidden a short walk from the virtual stage.

There are good bus routes along the seafront, and limited as well as free parking near to both stages.

You are looking for a seven letter word.

Using A=1, B=2 etc, use this word to plot the coordinates of the virtual stage, and go there.

N 50° 48. (5th letter + 1st letter - 2nd letter - 6th letter) (7th letter - 5th letter + 1st letter) (4th letter - 5th letter - 1st letter)

W 000° 23. (4th letter - 7th letter) (2nd letter - 6th letter) (1st letter + 2nd letter)

When at the virtual stage (you should know if you've got it right! - things will make sense and the play on words is intentional!), please make sure you are standing on the north side of the road and find the following information:

A = number of words on the roadsign in front of you

Then walk 15 paces to the west, and find a small metal rectangle laid in a larger concrete rectangle in the pavement.

B = single digit on the right hand side of the metal rectangle

C = number of letters in the name of the house directly behind you (north side of the road). It starts with a P.

Then walk another 15 paces to the west.

D = number of letters in the first word of the cottage (north side of the road).

Now plot the final coordinates, which are only a short walk away.
