Girly Gator was a cache by our beloved Gators that, sad to say, fell to muggles or hunters or the nearby Stinchcomb Sasquatch and is no more.



O Girly Gator
With scales of green and lips of red
Who is now worthy to wear thy crown?

Long hadst thou dwelt
In the woods of Stinchcomb
Bringing joy to cachers everywhere.

But now thou hast left us
With sadness we remember thy reign
And grant thee honor and praise
So long as these trees shall stand!

As a tribute to this much-loved cache I have put up (and I do mean up) a new cache very near to where Girly Gator was last seen to watch over her former realm and to provide fun and adventure to those who dare enter these enchanted lands!

Note: The original Ode To Girly Gator was published with a D/T that was a bit out of line. After considerable discussion that cache has been archived (to preserve the D/T grids of the first round of finders) and then republished with a more appropriate D/T. Even though the logs don't appear here I have retained the original congratulatory notes for the first round of FTFs, and even though this is a newly-published cache there's already ink on the log so you can't get another FTF on this one.
