Eric's TB Stash Mystery Cache

I notice that I couldn't find any good caches to drop my TB into, that I bring back home from my travels, so I decided to make a med size cache for TB's. If you can decipher the code at Portway Park you will find the coordinates to my TB Stash. Remember to take a min to read up on the great organizations that worked together to get this park where it is today. If you're lucky you might even find your way to my TB Stash.

If you want access to the TB Stash and log book, you will need to decipher the code at Portway Acres Park. The Portway Acres Park dedication plaque will show you the answer to stage 2 coordinates of my TB Stash, two blocks from the park....... Just an FYI there are 245 letters and numbers from left to right on this dedication plague.

If you're savvy enough to decipher the coordinates from the dedication plague, and find your way to my TB Stash you will still need to figure out the gadget cache to access my TB Stash at ground zero. If the neighbors start looking at you funny you can tell them your friends of Eric. The final coordinates will bring you to my property and my house is long, tan colored, with red trim, and red porch. If your not at this location, you might have missed a number in your coordinates.
