I visited Washborn Gardens at lunchtime today, admiring the neatly kept gardens and the abundance of colour. Every available seat was occupied and there were groups of people lounging in the sunshine on the lawns.
I really like the gardens and have visited many times before. I thought I knew the area pretty well but today I discovered a sign I'd never noticed before and investigated. To me, there seemed something a little strange about the sign. See what you think.
