Leonards193 would like to invite you to a MINI coin fayre on Saturday 12th March.
1-4 pm (Set up from 12.30 pm) Coalpit Heath Village Hall
214 badminton Road
Coalpit Heath BS36 2QB
The hall is fully wheelchair accessible as are the toilets.
No dogs allowed in the hall I'm afraid (apart from registered assistance dogs)
We will have exhibitors and their collections of geocoins and trackables and are anticipating over 1000 + items to discover.
You don't have to be a coin collector to attend! Open to all cachers.
Don't panic though, the codes will either be emailed to you or a printout list will be available for you to take away on the day, listed on a QR code which you can scan or the traditional way of writing down the tracking numbers.
There will be tea, coffee cakes and squash available at the venue as well as a tombola and a raffle to cover the costs of hiring the hall for the afternoon.
We are asking for a small donation to come in and any profits will be donated to North Wales Mega fundraising.
There will also be coins for sale on the day.
Please let us know in your WILL ATTEND log if you would like a table to display your collection and how many items you are bringing (limited number of tables available) and we will be in touch.
