This is my first hide. I discovered the path whilst caching round Winscombe. The path runs alongside the site of a new all-weather sports ground that has caused much controversy for some village residents. The path is a good link between the A38 and the Strawberry Line entrance at the Winscombe Recreation grounds that houses the cricket club, rugby club and tennis club.
I have decided to theme my caches on music or songs so this one is called 'Bend me, Shape me' after the cover version of the song by Amen Corner, slightly altering the original lyrics, which reached No.3 in the UK in 1968.
There is a small music related item in the cache for the FTF.
There are a number of bends in the path so 'muggles' may appear at any moment whilst you are at the hide site. You are looking for a small screw-top plastic container with a log, pencil and sharpener and room for small swaps and trackables. The container is inside a camoflaged bag.
