You do not have to be there for the whole event, so don't worry about arriving late. I have given the 6:30-8:00 window to give time for people to sign the log. Hopefully this is enough time for everyone who wants to come.
Remember this will be your only chance for a Leap Day Souvenir for four years!
For attending an event you get a geocaching souvenir, if you find a geocache you get a second one!
