Slightly later leaping Event Cache

I'm at work during the day and won't get back until late so can't make the other local event (kindly organised by Razorfishy) celebrating the LEAP DAY event. So this is another opportunity for you (and me!) to get this souvenir.

This next year holds some extra special delight. There will be 366 days, which means we all get one extra day of geocaching. So of course, we're celebrating with a souvenir - actually, make that two!

The first souvenir can only be earned on Leap Day itself - February 29 - by attending a geocaching event.

The other souvenir can be earned all weekend long (February 27-29) by getting outside and finding a geocache.
