This cache is hidden in William Frederick Hayden Park on Green Mountain along one of the many nice trails in the park. This is the first in a series of caches. In order to find the seventh in the series, you will need to find three of the first six. In order to find the 8th in the series, you will need to find the other three among the first six.
Most caches in this series are along trails in open space areas west and southwest of Denver. A few are farther out there.
On the inside of the lid of you will find a 3 digit number that you should make note of because it will be important for solving the puzzle in either the seventh or eighth cache in the series.
But which three go with #7 and which three go with #8?
When I hid this cache there was just a little snow and ice on the trail and there was some mud in spots.
Beware of rattlesnakes in snake season!
