Geocache Description:

A walk or cache and dash of 11 caches around Diptford.

This walk is special as its around our home village. This can be done as a cache and dash, or if done as a walk you won't miss out on the scenery.

Route is circular one around the pretty Doomsday village of Diptford with its 13th century church, St. Mary's, built 1227, and with one of the oldest medieval broach spires in the country. Diptfors was home to the famous Diptford Greys, a beautiful breed of cockerel. Park by church for number 2 and walk back down to it. Please look around church when walk completed. BEWARE MUGGLES.
