When searching for Geocaches, it is a very good idea to bring something to drink in case you get thirsty. We strongly recommend you do this when you attempt this cache, otherwise you might leave with your thirst for cache loot unquenched.
This is an off-leash dog park and is very popular with the local pooches so why not bring your dog along too. In fact, watching the dogs for a while might provide you with a clue as to how to retrieve this cache!
Part of the difficulty in completing this cache will be avoiding the muggles as it is in a reasonably exposed place and the park. You might need to be a bit creative to throw them off.
No physical force is required to retrieve the cache so please don't pull on it or try to force it open! The cache hiding place can only be accessed from the top, please do attempt to open the bottom as it is glued shut. Also do not drop any objects into the cache hiding place as this might make it impossible to retrieve. A little bit of persistence may be required but your hard work will be rewarded!
You will need to bring your own pencil and please don't leave any items (trackables etc) in the cache.
The design for this cache was inspired by a fun and clever cache we did in New Zealand on the banks of the Waikato river, created by "whiskey64". We have added our own (slightly evil) twist which might help to keep you cool on a hot day.
Why not follow the bush track at the Western end of the park along Stringybark Creek to find our other two caches once you've done this one.
