Many people have been waiting for this day for 4 years

It is THE day

29^th of February

There were only 3 leap days since the beginning of our hobby Geocaching.

To Date, only 3 possibilities existed for Geocachers that started on the 29^th of April 2004 to accomplish the 366 day Matrix.

……but, the time is now here again: On the 29^th of February 2016, there will be another leap year.

Many thousands of Geocachers will be in the forests and cities today to:

- Get another point

- To solve a challenge

- To enjoy the day

- To accomplish the 366 day Matrix

- Or to simply enjoy an hour around friends

But lets start with the event details

We will meet on the 29^th of February 2016 at the listed coordinates to celebrate this leap day.

Time: 8pm to 10pm

Duration: 2 hours

There will be of course a banner and a souvenir from Geocaching.
